Pull Participants from PlayHQ
Pick association, competition and season, then pull. Conflicts with existing cards are shown after the pull.
Training schedule
1-hour slots Mon–Fri, 3pm–7pm. Each training group gets one slot. Slot capacity (shared load): 2×5x5 or 4×3x3 or a mix (each 5x5 = 2 units, each 3x3 = 1 unit, max 4). Slots 3pm–8pm. Toggle days/hours below to include or exclude them from propose and drag-drop. Younger ages prefer earlier times. Colour = training-constraint conflicts for that group on that day.
Click a day or time header to turn that column/row on or off. Off slots are skipped by Propose and cannot receive drops.
Orders
Date range is driven by fulfilment history (1-day overlap, deduped by Order Item ID). Donations are kept for a thank-you list later.

Dropdown per player. Expand to see each order and edit line items. Multi-order players are flagged.
Summary

Number masterlist
Columns: Full Name, Gender, Year, Singlet Number.
Team names
Columns: ID, Gender, Age. Ranked within gender + age. Names stay with the cohort.
Gradings
CSV/XLSX with a header row. Required: Full Name (or Name / Player, or First+Last) and Grading (or Grade / Rank; 1 = strongest). Optional: Gender, Year. Names must match season registrations.
Master email list
CSV/Excel with an Email column, or a plain list. Existing addresses are never removed.
One-off: historical fulfilled orders
Upload once so PlayHQ order pulls know where to start. Prefer CSV with Order Item ID and Order Date. Order Number alone creates a shell row. After import the next pull window is shown.

Push uses the current Year group / Gender filters when set; leave filters as-is after Load players. Requires teams already created on PlayHQ.

Each template has its own tab. Emails are HTML via club Gmail; the signature is appended on send. Use variables like {first_name}, {name}, {team_name}, {season}.
Player card edit log
Net changes since last pull (reverts cancel out). Full log keeps every step.
Secrets
Encrypted at rest. Values are never shown after save — only whether each key is set. Used for PlayHQ login and club Gmail (manufacturer email, etc.).
